1. Shipping within Italy

The following shipping options are available for orders delivered within Italy:

2. Shipping within the European Union

We ship to countries within the European Union, including Austria, Belgium, Croatia and many other destinations.

• Estimated delivery time: 4–9 business days

Express International Shipping

• Shipping cost: €24.90
• Free for orders of €250.00 or more
• Estimated delivery time: 2–6 business days

The available shipping methods may vary depending on the destination country and the total value of the order.

3. International shipping

Navarini Rame also ships to numerous destinations outside the European Union.

Shipping availability and costs are calculated at checkout based on the destination country and the order placed.

4. Delivery times

The delivery times indicated are estimates and may vary depending on the destination, the carrier, operational conditions and circumstances beyond Navarini Rame's direct control.

For shipments within Italy, the estimated delivery time is 2–6 business days.

For shipments within the European Union:

• Standard: 4–9 business days;
• Express: 2–6 business days.

Delays caused by the carrier that are beyond Navarini Rame's control shall not be considered delays directly attributable to the seller.

5. Shipping costs

The applicable shipping cost is displayed during the checkout process before the order is completed.

Any free-shipping promotions apply according to the thresholds specified in this Shipping Policy and as displayed at checkout at the time of purchase.

6. International destinations, customs duties and taxes

Shipments to countries outside Italy and the European Union may be subject to customs duties, taxes, import charges or other fees required by the regulations of the destination country.

Unless otherwise stated at checkout, any such charges are not included in the shipping costs indicated on this page and may be requested from the recipient by the customs authorities or the carrier.

7. Delivery address

The customer is responsible for ensuring that the delivery address provided at the time of purchase is accurate and complete.

Any additional costs resulting from an incorrect, incomplete or unreachable delivery address may be charged to the customer, where applicable.

8. Failed delivery

In the event of a failed delivery or any issue concerning the shipment, please contact our customer service and provide your order number and any information necessary to allow us to check the status of the shipment with the carrier.

9. Checking the order upon delivery

Upon delivery, we recommend checking that the package is intact and does not show any visible signs of damage.

If the package shows visible external damage, we recommend reporting it promptly to the carrier and contacting us, providing photographs of the packaging and product whenever possible.

10. Shipping information

Information regarding the available shipping method, applicable costs and estimated delivery times is displayed during the purchasing process before the order is confirmed.
